Find the right help for your specific situation and ask for it. Do you wish to have individual therapy, group therapy, are you needing couples therapy? Identifying this will help you narrow down your search for the right fit.
03 — Understanding setbacks happen
Knowing and realizing you are human and set backs will happen along your journey. Sometimes the therapeutic journey is a dance of one step forward and two steps back. Realize that forward is forward no matter the speed.
04 — Never giving up
Keeping your ultimate goal in mind and not allowing setbacks, other people, or anything get in your way. Never giving in or giving up.
